  • ADJUST WASTEGATE ACTUATOR ROD TO CORRECT POSITION AND TIGHTENED ROD LOCK DOWN NUTS.
  • Turbo sensor and OVER BOOST codes. upon inspection found wastegate actuation rod to be loose at locking nuts. adjusted rod to proper position and tightened to specs. performed Drive cycle after clearing codes and found vehicle to be operating as designed after repair, If codes do come back at some point and wastegate rod is still tight then replacement of wastegate actuator will be needed.
